RE:RE:Anyone else think there is a higher or restructured bid comi
I can't believe the institutional investors that bought shares when KBLT did new share issuances a high share prices to buy Ramu, etc, won't object to the Pala rip-off.

RE:Anyone else think there is a higher or restructured bid comi

Anyone else think there is a higher or restructured bid comi

Nickel price is above $13,000/tonne which is getting close to the $13,220 price where the contingent payment of $6M is required, although the higher nickel price for Ramu is good news if it is

RE:RE:Break up fee
I would be surprised if wither break fee is payable if shareholders vote down this transaction. The break fee is usually payable if a better offer comes through from another party. My read of the

RE:Cobalt price about to skyrocket.
Cobalt27 was *not* sold yet - it is up for us as shareholders to decide upon this proposed deal, and my sense is the majority of shareholders will not approve this..
