RE:RE:Anyone else think there is a higher or restructured bid comi

I can't believe the institutional investors that bought shares when KBLT did new share issuances a high share prices to buy Ramu, etc, won't object to the Pala rip-off.

RE:Anyone else think there is a higher or restructured bid comi

I'm fine with the additional $1 in cash, BUT, if they keep the same format in place, they need to fund the new company with a minimim of $20M going forward. $10 M of that is already spoken for ...more

Anyone else think there is a higher or restructured bid comi

Given that most shareholders say they are voting NO to this offer, I suspect that Pala will need to put forward a better bid than they have if they want this to go through. And given that management ...more

RE:Break up fee

The break up fee - as per the company's press announcement - is $15m.  Still an abomination.

RE:Cobalt price about to skyrocket.

Cobalt27 was *not* sold yet - it is up for us as shareholders to decide upon this proposed deal, and my sense is the majority of shareholders will not approve this..

Break up fee

doesn't that mean if they break up the deal cobalt pays $50 million. This deal still stinks if we vote no. Bit of a lose lose. I hope management changes.
