RBC shows EGL book value is $2/share (CDN). 44M shares at $2 each is $88M book value. $20M buyout would be a nice return. Why are shares at 9 cents when book value is $2.00??

When and if sold . After paying down loan. Where does EGL go for here.? Sell the 50% in Dixionville and all other assets wind down the company paying share holders what remains of funds.
