I would go along with Catalyst

If $11.00 was the bid, I would participate for sure, rather than sell my shares. I think there is at least a double here, maybe more if the reeal estate is unlocked. Im not opposed to being bought out ...more

I dont think it will go that way, because if Catalyst joings the Baker group, you have Litt and Sanpiper who will vote it down. I think its more likely that Baker comes up with a better figure ...more

Is $12.25 a fair offer? What does everybody think? I would look at the financial statements but they appear suspect if Saks property has been reappraised downwards so much. Somebody heavily involved ...more
