Shorting Tesla is fine, but the naked shorting of penny stocks is running rampid and noone wants to try and stop it. It should be illigal to short penny stocks. Many companies have to hire a law firm

Nope we smell blood. With this share price they cant even dilute shareholders without doing a reverse split first. The split will drop it another 25% before even pricing in the dilution
