It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Cobalt is not just a battery metal, but a critical one to make jet engines and many other metals where high strength is needed in a high heat environment. Likewise bismuth has many uses outside
