SO despite a huge move up in NAV again today, PME stuck at around the 2.18 mark, which is at least a 30 cent discount to the real value in the fund. By far the better buy that MMP.un again today. I

NAV stated at 2.429 as of the close yesterday. My spreadsheet was a bit different, so i assume some more changes have been made to the portfolio. Perhaps going to a bigger cash position.

End of day, holdings are even, maybe even up a bit
Not quite understanding the selling, but lots of fear out there , as the major indices took a big fall today. Added some more PME today from 2.13 up to 2.17.... Also sold off some more MMP

CI INV posts PME NAV at 2.4351
SO was NOT up as much as my spreadsheet had figured. Aussie holdings perhaps didnt do as well as i had estimated. At any rate PME the better buy with a big discount to NAV at the open of 2.15

Overall holdings are up about 1.2% today
Biggest holding is now Alacer and is headed up again today , nearly 5% on the buyout /merger news with SSRM,. Was up over 6 % for most of the day. Spot gold and silver are pulled back as the

Big discount to NAV and Yield better than MMP.un
The two sisters funds from Sentry (PME and MMP.un) trade up and down , both at a significant discount to NAV, and have almost identical holdings. Not sure why they needed 2 funds with the same stuff

Fund library updates holdings to April30
Well not a fan of the managers selling off the biggest holding , WPM, as i see PME reduced that holding to only 5.82%. SO back to having less % of dividend paying holdings.. Top Holdings

PME NAV even on the day @ 2.4645 to MAY 8
SO trading at a ridiculous 12% discount to its NAV..not sure what the sellers were looking at, maybe thinking the bull run in gold is over and time to buy blue chip financials and such again. Dont

Yes i had it at around 4.5 % , since the Aussie holdings didnt do as well. Saracen was up 2.54% and Bellevue was up only .23% Smaller holdings of Silvercrest (up 10.7%) and Artemis ( up 11

I couldnt help myself and added some PME at 2.10 this morning.... major holdings WPM ,ASR and KNT are up again today... WPM and ASR hitting a fresh new alltime highs. Spot gold in CAD

According to morningstar, the mutual fund gained 0.95%. Hard to reconcile that with the March portfolio while it was (mostly) green today and overnight on the ASX. I'll guess at least +1.07% for

I forgot to take into account the AUSSIE miners they holdin the fund. They went down friday, but of course the spot price of gold was down when ASX was trading. WIll see them pop back up big on monday
