ALL EYES ON AUGUST CPI NUMBER NEXT WEEK

I like to think we're back on the upswing after today and getting a bullish CPI number can push us back to $15ish.  Probably going to see-saw for a bit until more hikes and less inflation ...more

By end of year they will have 85% unecumbered asset pool.   Man after 1 year of NCIB adding 0.02 FFO and if they can get FFO above 40 cents next couple quarters with the economy coming out ...more

or lower, PMZ is holding up a bit better, which it should be after the got serious with their Q2 beat and showed consistent 0.40 FFO.   If the economy and interest rate situation wasnt bleak ...more
