Not only did POU do a magnificant divesiture that is potentially valued at more than 4 billion dollars, they did it in a tax efficient manner selling a division, after loading up the balance sheet

One more thing. The sale of Karr and Wapiti is not the end of the game. There are many assets within Paramount's current inventory that can drilled. The sale was at $49-50k per flowing barrel
