Just throw out the paper at $ .225 for an exercise window that is longer then this company will be around. They haven't figured out how to make money.

WOW, I got the answer, I think, on ceo.ca. The deal was spectrum would own 49% of shares AFTER the issuance. So rounding again, there were 80 million outstanding, spectrum got 78 million freebie ...more

Now wtf is wrong with the math? Defn was supposed to issue 49% of outstanding shares at the time the option was triggered. Wasn’t that 80 million @49% equals roughly 40 million shares? The presser ...more

Put money into pop's have warrants to exercise, but not at these ridiculous sp levels.

When will they do another raise?

Going forward, I would expect the company will need to raise more cash soon. Could be done below $ .20 cents with a warrant. As a LONG I am not happy with the companies speed in moving project along ...more

Get out of 2021 this has been a mess. Did not deliver.

Thy have so much work ahead of them. PEA needs to be updated. They need to find a JV and build up their BOD and management team. REE competition is lining up and overtaking us.

Year end sell off. Lost a lot of money.

Company has had not delivered on it's potential and the SP reflects that. The resource os just okay. They had a good story 2 years ago, then long periods of NOTHING. Other REE players have entered ...more
