There is no such thing as an “average” arbitration. Sums in issue, and technical and legal complexity, may vary greatly between one case and another, as may the volume of evidence, oral and written ...more

If you follow the average timeline for arbitration's of this nature ceiba, not many go much longer then 4 years, as was the case with Rusaro as I highlited here. I believe this arbitration will ...more

Odds is to like, but timing is way off. Any one knows if Mayer Brown is any good? It's going to be a fiasco again soon with the DeCottis and company real soon.
