If MEG broke a contract at the last minute, I don't know why they would be surprised. If MEG doesn't agree to live up to their agreement, I hope Canexus sues for huge damages.

It appears to be a spat regarding access to capacity. Perhaps Cenovus has elbowed MEG aside and MEG is not pleased with the outcome. This shakeout likely means something going on.
