everybody waits till 0.15....get out if you can and rebuy at 0.1 or even 0.05...

his bottom is 0.1...wait a few weeks and we will be there...after Q3 earning things will even be worse with almost no revenues in the summer... for me the bottom is 0.05 cad.... but be cautious

Just to clarify, doesn't Captiva lease the land? It doesn't own it I don't think. Apologies if I'm wrong on this but I seem to recall reading this in a previous quarterly report.

Under book value? Wrong again. Did you not read the news release? Arable land in the U.S. is a scarce resource. Only about 16% of land can be used for farming. USDA organic approved land is even more
