Brentskis' right. When I talked to IR over xmas he inferred a take over target after 8-10 open stores. Makes sense after a solid footprint in California is established.

I think this 1st distribution appeared in our accounts now because it has been 6 months since the Sept 15 closing. So the shares are free trading. Next distribution should appear mid-May.
