Screamer, You are right on the equity loss (non cash btw) but this is offesetted by their VAT recovery of 600K in SG&A. So net income is flat despite the increase in revenus.

Good info. I post about this stock on Yahoo and have been in it for a while. Very good value play here. Could earn 50 cents a share in next 12 months and at a PE of 8 would put it at $4.
