I like what they are doing stay the course. Get to the 600 mil debt and buy back more shares Meg unlike others has a low float give the size of production I can wait on the divi maybe an Xmas bonus

My guess is they think fair value is $35 or so - about 15% from current stock price that is better return than saving the interest on the debt and they have committed 50% of fcf to shareholders so

The cash is not conserved it has two options buybacks or debt. If you didn't address either what does cash do for you? If you build up a mountain of cash doesn't make sense when you are paying

Meg is a beast looking forward to the debt target being met early. Hopefully oil stays in the high 70's. I'm not a fan of buy backs except in this case where debt is low yah share price is
