Looks like  consolidation is still in the cards from management.  Consolidate and then dilute again to get us out of debt. Meanwhile our shares are worthless because we will be shorted back ...more

I wouldnt expect much from a buyout in this market. Gold stocks, not just explorers, but profitable producers are getting slaughtered. Valuations are not what they used to be

The Enterprise value is  $57,403,374. Obviously a buyout would be above that. As more ore is placed under leach (as ramp up continues), this will also add to above value.

Actually the enterprise value does not include amount of recoverable gold so price would be higher than I stated..Open to your suggestions/demands
