A) PMZ has 0 development; and B) any human who compares property lists would be able to tell you HR has far superior quality assets... PMZ's assets generate so much cashflow relative to market ...more

Given how EVERYTHING is in the red big time, you would think this would be down 3%.  Its green! Maybe the market finally realizes it is undervalued by a landslide

Yeah, primaris is a great value investment, and Riocan is of the highest quality and scale (development). Both are great securities to add diversification to just holding HR. I agree I would never ...more

The quality of the assets is very good. Of course Riocan has more attractive properties  but Prinaris has good locations and an amazing development pipeline. I own HR Riocan and Prinaris and ...more

This gets very attractive at $1 from a free cash flow basis. I still struggle however with the quality of the underlying assets relative to the assets of HR and Riocan.
