I like the direction they are headed in. Those two bought deals back to back pretty much killed the stock.  Will come back in time. Till then collect the distributions.

The stock moves both ways (mainly downside these days) on low volume most times.  Management is good - got internalized. Sister company got sold. Milestone got sold just after internatlization ...more

Agreed.  Even without a takeover, I believe it should be valued at $9.00 + and if it does move to the tsx it could be $9.50 +

With Pure Industrial being taken out....  Why not this one? They are undervalued (P/E less than 8 and P/Book -0.7) They have a great portfolio. I keep hearing they are moving to the TSX ...more

other than a fat finger trade in August (for $7.07) the share price has drifted down to $7.50 its 52 week low.   Management has not stepped up to buy any shares according to SEDI reports ...more
