They aren't withholding anything, it is just that the wells seem to deplete very fast, and may not be economic. I know it is hard to believe with their huge IPs, but after drilling all of those ...more

It is very closely monitored.  Go to SEDAR and look them up.  They have to file all paperwork with them. And no they will not be stupid enough to do false economics to shareholders.  ...more

Public Companies and Disclosure

SCS has to release finacials and all data relevent to thier company as they are publically traded.  Withholding information, like finacials for personal gain would be illegal I think.

CEO has almost 1,000,000 shares

After the recent purchases at 51 cents, the CEO Colin Witwer has almost 1,000,000 shares. The other 4 insiders who keep buying every week, they own from 300,000 - 600,000 shares as of today.

It looks like someone wanted their fill at .45 and took the share price down to get it.  Now we wait and see what happens once they get their 150k+ shares.
