MNG are not amatuers ,  they will own 77% of the company, which make the float small, assuming an eventual reverse split,      if they mine 100K ounces at under $800 cost ...more

Approx 7500million shares, after all transactions, at 0.015 CAD wil create a market value of 118MCAD. Compare that value with other companies with the same production, there are several with lower SP. ...more

No matter how many shares are issued the intrinsic value of the co increased. Fundamentals will be far better as new co than old. You can definitely expect sp to increase. Good move by MNG, not sure ...more

Yep gave up on this share over diluted.

4 billions share. What is mng thinking. Probably want this share drop even more for full ownership later that's there plan probably. Glad I bought USO new plant in commisioning stage

1.5 pence per share , not pennys. So placement is closer to 2.5 cents CAD per share. I'm assuming this should make the new bottom for a while.  It's a hell of a lot of shares though!!!!
