We do not know what GA is wanting. GA can buy all Irland buildings from SOT. Then SOT has the money to remove the default and pais some debts. Then SOT units and debentures recover

todd, by debt holders I meant the institutions who are owned money by SOT, not the debenture holders.

What affo multiple is the current trading price. Assuming a 7 or 8% cap rate or whatever brilliant class office has what's the NAV. If it's really cheap it can be bought out

How are the debt holders onside when the debentures aren't being paid. Unless Armoyan buys them back but at a discount.

I agree with you . Good observations . SOT will be at resistance level tomorrow at .95 cents , then up to 1.50 very quickly once past the dollar area (.95 cents) mark .
