THEY DONT HAVE THE VOTE TO MOVE FORWARD

EITHER THEY SWEETEN THE DEAL OR THEY FORGET IT. EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS ARE REJECTING THE DEAL INCLUDING MOST OF THE SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS. MANAGEMENT OWNS NO SHARES AND SO HAVE NO VOTE.

I would accept a splitting of 5 for 1 or 8 for 1 more. Anyway, we need actions to make the market and we might be interested in reinvesting in this new project.16 for 1, I am not. My humble opinion.
