Yeah.... One of the very few venture companys where its stock price goes above its 52 week high while they lose money (according to recent financials).

If your average purchase price of a Wof share is $0.09, then you have a good chance of breaking-even in the near future. Higher than that, you chances of loosing part of your original investment

The offer price is based on the July 6th close. Any movement of either share price after that date is irrelevant to the final deal. The 'judge' will review the transaction offer but I doubt

What I expected is happening. Today, Almonty closed at $.75. $.75 divided by .1029 = $0.0729 that our WOF shares are now worth. Woulfe (with the high asks) has been pushed down from $0.07 a few days

Almost 1 million shares on the ask at 0.065 - 0.07, pretty much all from CIBC World markets. Either they really want out, or really want to keep the price at 0.06 and under..
