Wait, let's get real. ES is very old (rumour is he has dementia). Greg Gibson controls his money. And how careful do you suppose GG is with OPM (othe people's money)? A bad track record...

RE:RE:RE:RE:Meeting on July 26th with July 24th Proxy Vote deadline
BODs' interests are NOT aligned with SH. They want a deal favourable to Sprott. They (WH, PG and Gary O'Conner) believe this will set up their careers for life.

RE:RE:Meeting on July 26th with July 24th Proxy Vote deadline
If they really believed/confident in in the 3.88 they could have easily added an adjustment clause to make our shares worth the equivalent of 3.88 if it comes in lower. They didn't. The

RE:The Match Period...?
No question this is an inferior bid. I wouldn’t be agreeing to it even being up 25% as that evaporates as soon as Chantrell opens. Probably less than$3/share. AEM should have almost agreed to the

The Match Period...?
The match period has been reduced from 10 days to 5 days. So I am wondering, if this period expires, does that mean no company including AEM can make a takeover bid after the 5 days??
