Note to scotch12:"carpet-bombing" Res. Mortgage Stocks

i.e. non-Bank Fellers. I bought all 3 (including T.MIC, Genworth) about a year ago. Only HCG really "rose from the ashes" of the three. Sold Genworth about 6 months ago, was see-sawing ...more

I think since they were down to last year. People are not waiting so they are selling causing the SP to go down. They need the bank lic and it will start to go up.
