To be honest Thomas, its actually more dilutive than the previosu deal.  First this "investor" gets $750k upfront . Then he gets 10% which equals $1.5 MM on $15 MM . Interest is usally ...more

The problem in my thinking is why do you say fair value is 1.80 and then day later try to sell shares at  1.20.

I actually interpreted their PR differently. The Fair Market Value Is $1.80, hence the issuance of shares to CrpytoGlobal is based on $1.80 or BETTER on date of closing date. Ie. $9 million at $1.80 ...more

Actually that Bitcity deal at .50 cents would be 20,000,000 per tranche so 60,000,000 shares at .50 cents.  Who wants to buy stock there.  At .25 cents its 120,000,000 shares.....ouch ...more
