I think they might be right. The k-Cups are industrial compostable, they don't end up on a field to decompose into raw organic material. Plus, there is no bin for such compostable materials in ...more

I think you have to ask them a specific product but again I think you'll get the same answer, government agencies doesn't comment on individual cases

Selling their own coffee using their own proprietary pods for $$ is the definition of commericalisation.  Not sure there's anything else needs to be debated.  :)

The Filing date on SEDAR is Mar 2nd, and the document itself filed is for year end Oct 2020.  The commericalisation is on April 6th, so again by posting this is a misinformation without further ...more
