The OJVG is worth far more to TGZ than to any other party.

Other parties would have to build a mill or take out TGZ as well. In my opinion the final value will be based on the benefit that OLE's gold will give TGZ.  It is far more than they offered ...more

as soon as possible.  They have known about this suit for about a month now and are probably negotiating with Bendon now.  A combination of cash and shares makes the most sense here for ...more

They can GF. They had about $60 million last quarter and will probably have more after this quarter.  They can easily borrow some more if they need to especially if it is for the purchase of ...more

Tony, didnt we read that Bendon was supposed to have  $75 mil in the Project, or 50% of the funding of $150 mil... and dont they have 137 mil shares , same as OJVG.... subtracting the 10% to ...more
