There's 2 rates to watch. BoC and the Fed.

IMHO....  A drop in rate by BoC is Negative for the Reset Prefers, as this reduces the dividend payout. A drop in rate by Fed is Positive as this reduce the Risk/interest payable on loans.  ...more
