I recall that insiders can't trade a stock within a certain time period if there is a deal on the table.Maybe someone such as PBN(Lightstream) has a deal on the table and can't keep dumping ...more

It looks like the sellers have sold their options or whatever it was. I certainly hope so. The SP got too low.

our SP is being played with since there are interested parties and any takeover offer will be a certain % premium, i.e. 30-40% from a 30 day average price just to make the numbers sound great ...more
