Agree, Cliff is 75 years and at TVI/TVIRD since 1987 ( 37 years ) I would think that Villar will take over the chairman role. Perhaps TVIRD new website will reveal some things. I dont think it

If we find that out, would that represent the fair market value of tvi shares. The value that the shares should be after a PSE listing. Why would Cliff sell for anything less?
