A directors meeting always follows an AGM.  I would ask Smith why he is not there, pretty obvious. Didn't TATA fire Sharma?

Shareholders meeting this AM. Smith absent Two meetings running concurrently. one behind closed doors apparently. Is Tata planning a coup? Just heard from a friend who travels in the field.

Maybe news coming out of the AGM next week.  Believe this stock will move once interest for CACR heats up.  FNC owns about 1/3 of CACR on a fully diluted basis.  There are likely ...more
