I can only speculate, but I think you are likely right. Just a lot of clean up of odd shares afer the 1 for 3 rollback. Most holders all had large round numbers of shares and being divided by 3 of all ...more

Reverse Split

Yep - the reverse split is as terrible as always. You get your shares chopped down to a third of what you had before, then the price just finds the same value as it was in the first place.
