All i know is to focus on what matters when it comes to o+g. Look at Raging River, Kelt, etc. I don't get bogged down on valuation when i know a quality maangement team has skin in the game ...more

There will be over a BILLION shares, fully diluted. Stick that in your pipe. That is why they are doing the 4/1 consolidation, because no one would buy a stock with a billion shares sloshing around.
