My vote is also 'NO', we've been sold down the river...

WE DESERVE a larger piece of the pie. Vote NO, without SGI, CYL has no game...they need us, now even more than before they bt vango.....vote no, and get a better offer from CYL.....they have no choice ...more

On a side note, gold in AUD is trading within 1.5% of its ATH, the management/BoD is making a firesale near all time low of the share price and celebrate it as huge accomplishment... Wow... My vote ...more

And to think, Catalyst was trading around 1.36 AUD when they made the proposal to SGI. At $1.0 AUD that's a 26% drop.  I'm sure SGI shareholders want to be a part of that action.  ...more

Now we know why SGI is trading at less than 30 cents Canadian.  The Catalyst financing at $1 AUD is just 91 cents Canadian.  That means SGI shareholders are getting the equivalent of around ...more

1 million shares traded is less than 1% of sgi 123 mil shares outstanding. average volume last 10 days is only 157.72k. 1% or 2% traded in the worst case all voting yes does not even come close to 66 ...more

largest shareholders can buy all the cyl shares they want but that does not give them any more rights to vote sgi shares.

Catalyst CYL hits five-year low, on additional dilution.

CYL was forced to give a 20% discount, in order to raise the cash necessary to pay off debts, etc..    Share price was hammered.

What you mean to say is this deal is dead.  Catalyst is trading at 1.28 australian dollars.  SGI should be trading around 40 cents Canadian if anybody believed this was a done deal.  ...more

vote NO to avoid cyl/van liability. van still owes sgi for court costs. wait for the dust to settle and sgi is making a profit in 2023 before contemplating a merger. there is no rush to give away the ...more

it looks like this is a deal done as lots of shares are traded at or near 28 cents -30 cents cdn. i suppose   speculators are buying   and may be catalyst associate. with no concurrent ...more
