should back out of the deal. Lets Hudbay and Glen of the hook and would also be in best interest of shareholders.   Can VMS just back out of the deal?

VMS's gamble on NAN a bust; price of copper tanked; mgmnt like their generous salaries; cost of being a listed company now huge( listing/audit fees etc)..
