I don't care about 40% of a company. Most investors won't recover their ROI if the post merger share price hits $2. And I certainly don't see ALL share price ever hitting $2.

LEGALLY his actions must fall in line with his fiduciary duty to WOULFE stockholders now. His fiduciary responsibility to Almonty stockholders, including himself, is ended.

Why doesn't Almonty wait until IMC say Yeah or Nay to the deal and then propose a merger. All the work to get a deal done with IMC was done by WOF and not ALL. But ALL mgmt being on board
