Break fee

$2.2M break fee to go to Chantrell is disturbing. If that was distributed to Azx shareholdesinstead, it would be an additional almost half cent per Azx share.

Agnico right now wants two major things: 1) Alexandria, and 2) to get Chantrell out of the bidding picture. To do this they will have to raise the stakes high enough to also get rid of any other ...more
