Break fee
$2.2M break fee to go to Chantrell is disturbing. If that was distributed to Azx shareholdesinstead, it would be an additional almost half cent per Azx share.

Has anything with AZX/ALXDF materially changed since that purchase? A concern of mine was that Eric Owens inflated the resource estimates which may affect the overall value of the properties

I hope you are right about PRB. They could do a mixed offer of shares and cash but likely all shares given the low(ish) share count and recent share price runup.
