Dream1573, a PP is a private/public placement of shares in order to raise money.  A PP may occur at the current share price or higher or lower, it depends on the company's circumstances.  ...more

I stand  corrected. I guess they unloaded at the 80 to 90 cent level and those who got suck in have been unloading now and will be in the near term which will still bring the stock down to my buy ...more
