I agree with the above, however, no way does it distract that BCE is a very attractive prize and the fact that the high dividiend, much discussed, is viewed positively, my friend!

BCE bottomed at $42.58, was $44.11 July 15th, over $47 today
Despite clear evidence of the bottom being in, the turn being in progress, financials that demonstrate the promised measures being impelmented and it still paying 8.6% dividend there are still folks
