You're missing the point that all assets get sold in a liquiditation event. Correlation between all assets continues to drift towards 1 (bonds included). I dont disagree there is enormous longterm

your missing the fact that right now pmz is not inline with sector valuations by about 10-15%. That discount will close now after two decent quarters and proven management execution
