REITS STUNK TODAY AND WE CLOSED SHARPLY ABOVE $14 ON ALMOST 200K VOLUME.  I THINK WE GO TO $14.50 ON THIS RALLY AT LEAST

You're missing the point that all assets get sold in a liquiditation event. Correlation between all assets continues to drift towards 1 (bonds included). I dont disagree there is enormous longterm ...more

Same FFO = 38 cents.  PMZ = Better balance sheet.  $14 versus $20.00.  That's crazy

your missing the fact that right now pmz is not inline with sector valuations by about 10-15%.  That discount will close now after two decent quarters and proven management execution

PMZ was eager beavers this month and posted all their buybacks on SEDI this morning.   Straight 20K per day with some small exceptions - so doesn't look like they're increasing or ...more

My Opinion

We should settle in a new trading range of $14-$15ish till Q3, assuming the sector does not move big in either direction
