Analysts can suggest good value, but that matters very little when the entire market is in panic sell mode.

YES my model uses % close to those... and that was the closing UNIT NAV ($14.95 ) after paying out the 17 cents in distributions to commons and preferreds.

LFE unit nav to JULY 31 = approx: $14.95 after dist.
SO the spreadsheet had the monthend gain at 9 cents since the JULY 16 updated number ($15.03) LFE nav only need gain about 5 cents in the next 2 weeks to get to paying commons again. I like the
