krx has 60M shares out so its not cheaper. I would think TAL will push the stock to 35-40 before they do a financing.....which shouldn't be too hard over the next 2 weeks based on the pending ...more

maybe second . krx.v is at .16 and i think it picked up U property not long ago (Lawrence Roulston's recomendation as well )
