I was a HAPPY Shareholder, things were coming around nicely, thou i unsure where the 100+ million debt came about.. when there use to be NO DEBT Before.. But they decided to SELL ??? Whyyyyy

buyout, takeover, merger even.....all I know is if there is a chance that this deal fails (shareholders, regulators, cold feet on buyer's part)....the acquiree's stock will tank to levels

So you agree the total offer for consideration for whoever holds units at the closing date is $7.779 ( $7.57 + $.209 = $7.779 )

sotypical, my point was that Vistra is also entitled to the dividend and therefore is actually buying your stock for $7.50 at the market minus their ,209 dividend which equals a net purchase

I read it as follow: Whoever holds units at the closing date in Q2 ( Could be April fool’s day or June 30 ) will get $7.779 CAD/unit. I believe May 31 ex div date and pay date June 15 are out the door
