SHORTING a reit with a 7% yield and low liquidity probably wont work out well, especially at $4.10 and not $5.00.

A comparable retail reit.  Has AFFO of .08 cents while PMZ 0.33 cents.  PLZ = $4.  Which means PMZ = $16

Riocan has 42 cent FFO and they have 40 cent FFO and there's a $8 gap.  Obviously riocan has class A assets and a huge development pipeline inclulding retail, so it should be better, but not ...more

You should check where REITS were right before covid in early 2020- yield curve inverted, and at all t ime highs.  Selling a few between $14-15 isn't bad but I am keeping majority of my ...more
