The company issued an update, and it wasn't pretty. With falling oil prices coupled with their high debt, the fall in the share price was a no-brainer.

Swedes take Centre stage

Paliser shareholders now have only 13% of the new company, so we shall see what the Swedes can do? Not sure they have the kick butt attitude needed to be successful in Western Canada, we shall see.
