Don't forget we are X dividend today

Will make the price drop seem worse than it is. I guess that was factored into the offering price. We get the div and the new shares don't.

It will be interesitng to see. I figure it will open around the $42,85 receipt price, hang there for most of tomorrow, and then work its way back to $45 or so by Dec 19th when the deal closes.  ...more
