I sincerely hope, if the merger passes, that there will be no severance for those who mismanaged , RPL in my opinion. Look at the last 12month chart for RPL. Hoping for a brighter future going forward

well for one - ALX management has sold their last two companie which outperformed the market before they were subject to significant takeover premiums. Also, RPL has been on the block for a while

it's GMP, not RMP fool. And what's to connect. RPL was a failure thanks to shi-tty management trying to create a dividend model that didn't work. Spartan has a technical management team

Currently, there are 204 million shares of RPL and 253 million ALX excluding any warrants or options for either company. Alx is offering 2.25 shares for each RPL which is 459 million Alx for a total
