The company said money will be around August 1 2019

this company always play with us. Never has intention to return our money without exerting maximum pain on us. Around August 1 means they can wait indefinite time like they did with tax certificate.

It would be interesting, indeed.  I considered buying, but assumed that the record date would be as of close on the day of delisting, since the price was so low.  But I have not tested this ...more
