Drove by their site the other day. The for sale sign is up, but they really should have cleaned up the place first, looks like a bit of a dumping ground. I guess it is an old timber yard.

With the Cannabis park if they subdivided and registered the individual lots ,they just added about 500 to 600k in land tax's a year , I highly doubt they will sell any as many other facility' ...more
